The Alliance to Save Energy and several of the region's experts that contributed to the study on residential energy efficiency and affordability presented the study's findings at a workshop in Vienna in February 2008. The proceedings are available on the website of the Energy Community Secretariat, who organized and hosted the workshop with co-sponsorship from USAID. The presentations highlight and augment the experience of energy efficiency in several of the region's countries, discussing the barriers and various approaches taken to address them.
