UKRAINE – EE in School Buildings in Kyiv
The Kyiv Institutional Buildings Energy Efficiency (KIBA) Project supports the development of a program to improve EE for heat and water provided by district heating in institutional buildings. KIBA is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy.
