    The mission of the Microfinance Center is to support existing and future microfinance institutions in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union in their efforts to alleviate poverty, create employment, and privatize the economy through the development of microenterprises and self-employment initiatives.
  4. Foundation for International Community Assistance (FINCA)
    FINCA has microcredit programs in Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, and Kosovo. The Alliance is exploring with FINCA the possibility of starting a small loan program for homeowner associations in Armenia.

The members of the Network are committed to improving the lives of low-income people through the provision of credit, savings and other financial services.
