Moldova: Heating Sector Reform Status, Sep 2002
A Study Tour was organized by the Allinace for representatives from the heating sector in Moldova. They visited the cities of Krakow and Warsaw in Poland, Vilnius and Kaunas in Lithuania. The results from the Study Tour were discussed at a workshop organized by the Alliance and the RM Ministry of Energy.
